Andes Roofing is seeking a full-time Marketing Director to own and lead our brand, oversee a high-performing in-house team, and drive residential and commercial lead growth at scale. This role manages a $1,000,000 annual marketing budget and plays a critical role in turning strategy into measurable revenue impact.
Role Overview
The Marketing Director is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of the entire Andes Roofing marketing engine. This role oversees brand management, content, paid media, analytics, and tight alignment with both residential and commercial sales teams. You will work directly with ownership on a daily basis to align marketing strategy with the long-term vision and growth goals of the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Strategic Leadership
- Own, protect, and elevate the Andes Roofing brand across all platforms.
- Build and execute quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent messaging, visuals, and voice across all marketing channels.
Budget Ownership ($1M Annual Spend)
- Plan, allocate, and manage a seven-figure annual marketing budget.
- Optimize spend across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, video production, commercial marketing, and seasonal initiatives.
- Track ROI and continuously adjust strategy based on performance data.
Digital & Social Media Oversight
- Oversee all digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business.
- Direct content calendars, paid advertising strategies, and brand storytelling.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, attribution, and lead quality.
Lead Flow & Sales Alignment
- Work closely with both residential and commercial sales leadership.
- Build and refine marketing funnels tailored to each division.
- Ensure marketing output delivers consistent, high-quality, sales-ready leads.
Team Leadership & Content Direction
- Manage and mentor an in-house content creator.
- Assign, review, and approve weekly deliverables (video, photo, short-form, graphics).
- Provide clear creative direction while maintaining brand consistency and efficiency.
Project & Vendor Management
- Manage contractors, agencies, ad partners, and creative vendors.
- Oversee timelines, assets, shoots, events, and campaign launches.
- Ensure all external work meets Andes Roofing brand and performance standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership or director-level role.
- Proven experience managing a $1,000,000 marketing budget.
- Strong understanding of paid media, analytics, funnels, and attribution.
- Experience leading creatives or managing in-house content teams.
- Highly organized, data-driven, decisive, and collaborative.
- Experience in home services, trades, or roofing is a plus—but not required.
