We're Hiring – Front of House Associate
Andes General Store & Deli is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our front-of-house crew.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate POS system
- Prepare and serve coffee
- Serve soft serve ice cream
- Restock shelves, coolers, and grab-and-go items
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a small team to keep the store running smoothly
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly and welcoming
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
- Available weekends and holidays (preferred)
Food service or retail experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
