What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research Assistant position at Andes Clinical Research?
Andes Clinical Research is seeking a motivated Research Assistant to support our clinical trial operations. Prior clinical research experience is not required—we will provide full training. However, we are looking for someone with a strong clinical background, ideally with phlebotomy skills and experience as a Medical Assistant, CMA, or similar health role.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in welcoming and preparing study participants during research visits
• Perform blood draws, vitals, ECGs, and specimen handling
• Process and package lab samples according to protocol
• Support coordinators during informed consent and patient assessments
• Help maintain clean, organized clinical and lab areas
• Enter data into secure clinical systems and assist with documentation tracking
• Communicate professionally with participants and clinical research staff
• Learn and follow clinical trial SOPs, compliance standards, and regulatory workflows

Preferred Background
✅ Phlebotomy certification or strong blood draw experience
✅ Experience as a Medical Assistant, CNA, or in outpatient clinical care
