What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Coach, Mens & Womens Golf position at Anderson University?
Anderson University seeks a Head Coach for both the Men's and Women's golf programs. This is a 12-month full time position and will be responsible for overseeing all phases of competitive Division III Men’s & Women’s Golf programs. This includes: budget management, recruiting, tournament scheduling and travel, player development, practice oversight, team building, tournament coaching, fundraising and alumni relations. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (required); a master’s degree is preferred. Also required are previous coaching experience (collegiate preferred); a clear understanding of NCAA III philosophy and the student-athlete experience; ability to recruit in Indiana and contiguous states; ability to work as a part of a team environment; a demonstrated commitment to the Anderson University mission and Christian lifestyle. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with a diverse student body, faculty and staff, effective problem solving skills and personal initiative.
