Role Description The Associate Director of Student Care is a full-time, on-site role located in Anderson, SC, responsible for supporting the holistic wellbeing of students within a distinctly Christian, student-centered environment. This role oversees case management for students of concern, coordinates care plans, and collaborates with campus partners to ensure appropriate academic, emotional, and social support. The Associate Director will manage referrals to internal and external resources, maintain timely documentation, and participate in or lead student support and behavioral intervention teams. Daily responsibilities include meeting with students, providing guidance and follow-up, developing prevention and outreach programs related to student wellness, and contributing to policies and procedures that enhance campus safety and care. The role also involves training faculty and staff on student support processes and contributing to the university’s mission through servant leadership and effective communication.

- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, higher education, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
