In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of tractor shop operations—from prepping new assets to managing repairs and coordinating vendor relationships. What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3–5 years in the industry).
- Proven supervisory experience (3–5 years).
- Strong knowledge of diesel maintenance, repair principles, and shop safety.
- Expertise in FMCSA compliance and OSHA/Hazmat regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead with confidence and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Compensation & Benefits
· The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 plus position specific, performance-based incentive program. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
