Overview
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job—you want to learn how to run a business.
This is a hands-on training position where you’ll work directly with company leaders to learn operations, sales, customer relationships, and leadership. The goal is to develop you into a key leader or future general manager.
What should you expect to learn and do
- Work in warehouse, delivery, and front counter operations
- Build relationships with body shops and customers
- Learn inventory management and purchasing
- Assist with sales and account management
- Help improve systems, efficiency, and growth
- Learn how to manage people and run daily operations

Experience (a bonus - but not required)
- Business, sales, managment, or operations experience
