Anderson is a nationally recognized pavement contractor and we serve clients all across the Western US based out of the Fresno, CA Metropolitan area.
We are currently looking to add to our paving teams, and specifically looking for operators. Leeboy 8510, 8520 experience preferred, or machine equivalent.

Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous paving experience REQUIRED
- Ability to operate Leeboy Paving Machines, or equivalent
- Ability to set grades, and prepare surface for paving
- Critical thinking
- Teamwork driven
- Leadership skills
- Motivation and drive to complete quality projects and ensure client satisfaction
- Clean & Valid California Driver's License/Insurable by company carrier

Salary: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour dependent upon experience
We are willing to negotiate relocation for the right candidate.
