Responsibilities

• Monitor event premises using surveillance tools such as CCTV cameras to identify potential security risks or suspicious activity
• Conduct thorough inspections of guests, staff, and vendors to prevent unauthorized access or theft
• Manage crowd flow and enforce entry protocols to ensure smooth and safe event operations
• Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances with conflict management skills, de-escalating situations effectively
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, supporting the health and safety of all attendees
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during emergencies or incidents
• Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations throughout each event shift

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain these certifications is a plus
• Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
• Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
• Knowledge of security protocols, crowd control methods, and emergency response procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during event shifts
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and emergency personnel
