Instructional Assistant for Special Education at Marshall Primary School
Reports to the Principal
Responsibilities:
- Assist the special education student in a self-containted classroom in the following areas:
- Reinforcing skills taught by the classroom teacher.
- Taking data on behavioral, communication, socialization, and motivational objectives.
- Intervene to manage behavior problems when necessary.
- Carry our written behavior intervention plans.
- Accompany student to various locations on school grounds.
Qualifications:
Two Year Associates Degree OR
60 Hours of Coursework OR
ParaPro Assessment Test
Terms of Employment: 185 Days
