We’re hiring Roofing Laborers to support our roofing crews on residential and light commercial projects. This is hands‑on, physical work with opportunities to learn the trade and grow into more advanced roles.
Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required! We will train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Assist roofing crews with tear‑off, installation, and cleanup
- Carry and stage materials, tools, and equipment
- Set up and break down job sites and safety equipment
- Follow jobsite safety rules and instructions
- Take direction from the Foreman and Safety Monitor

Key Responsibilities
- Assist roofing crews with tear‑off, installation, and clean‑up of roofing materials
- Carry, load, and unload tools, equipment, and materials (shingles, underlayment, flashing, etc.)
- Set up and break down job sites, including ladders and safety equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and jobsite rules
- Take direction from the Foreman and Safety Monitor
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support the crew
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to understand safety instructions and jobsite directions
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Prior roofing or construction experience strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
- OSHA 10 or other safety training (or willingness to obtain) preferred
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This is a working foreman role that combines hands-on roofing work with crew supervision. Applicants must be comfortable with:
- Climbing ladders and accessing roofs regularly throughout the workday
- Working at heights on residential and light commercial buildings
- Standing, walking, and moving around job sites for extended periods
- Lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs as needed
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round
- Navigating uneven surfaces and active construction environments
- Performing physical roofing tasks when needed while also overseeing crew operations
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- Early start times; some overtime possible during peak season
- Job sites vary by location
