As a Zillow Flex Partner team, we receive a steady flow of high-quality leads. That means you can spend less time hunting for clients and more time serving buyers and sellers at the highest level. This is a commission-based role designed for motivated agents who want growth, flexibility, and the opportunity to earn six figures.
Your skills will be vital in negotiating agreements and facilitating smooth transactions. If you possess a keen attention to detail and are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to connect with you!
Responsibilities
- Work with motivated buyers and sellers from Zillow Flex leads
- Prospect for Buyers and Sellers
- Convert incoming leads
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and goals
- Provide housing and community research to support clients’ decisions
- Show and preview homes with buyers
- List and market properties for sellers
- Negotiate offers and contracts to deliver winning results for your clients
- Host open houses (at least two) and client events as part of your business growth strategy
- Leverage our proven systems, tools, and coaching to close more deals
- Collaborate with a supportive team that’s committed to your success

Qualifications
- Must have a CA real estate license
- Experience in real estate sales
- Must have knowledge of the Long Beach and surrounding communities
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at overcoming objections
- Excellent communicator with a dedication to service
