Compensation:$145,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales
- Mentor newer agents through contracts, negotiations, and client communication
- Help strengthen systems that support accountability and performance
- Represent the team professionally in the marketplace and community
Qualifications:
- The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
- Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
- 3 years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
- An active real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
- Willingness to obtain a broker license
- Proven experience closing real estate transactions
- Strong communication and leadership presence
