Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 (Base Salary Performance Bonuses)
Anderson Real Estate Group is seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our ISA Department.
This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for a proven ISA professional or ISA leader who has a documented history of generating appointments, converting leads, coaching salespeople, and driving measurable results.

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our ISA Department, improving conversion rates, coaching team members, implementing accountability systems, and helping drive the growth of our entire organization.

The ISA Department serves as the front line of our sales organization and is responsible for:
- Lead conversion
- Appointment generation
- Database follow-up
- Lead nurturing
- Speed-to-lead performance
- CRM management and accountability
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading this department and ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop the ISA team
- Conduct daily huddles and accountability meetings
- Hold team members accountable to activity and conversion standards
- Review calls and provide coaching on scripts, objection handling, and lead conversion
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth and results
- Track and improve key performance indicators
- Monitor lead conversion, appointments set, appointments met, and follow-up activity
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create performance improvement plans when necessary
- Improve lead-to-appointment conversion rates
- Ensure fast and consistent lead response
- Optimize follow-up systems and processes
- Partner with agents to improve appointment quality and conversion
- Drive growth through improved sales execution and accountability
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new ISAs
- Develop training plans and role-play programs
- Create systems that support department growth and scalability
- Ensure proper use of Follow Up Boss
- Monitor lead routing, accountability, and database management
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting standards
- Work closely with leadership to improve systems and workflows
- Proven success as a high-performing Inside Sales Agent (ISA) OR current/former leader of an ISA team
- Demonstrated track record of generating appointments, converting leads, and achieving sales goals
- Experience coaching, training, and holding salespeople accountable
- Strong understanding of lead conversion, speed-to-lead, and follow-up systems
- Experience using Follow Up Boss at a high level, including:
- Lead management
- Task management
- Accountability tracking
- Reporting
- Automation workflows
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- California Real Estate License (active or inactive)
- Residential real estate sales experience
- Experience managing a real estate ISA team
- Experience recruiting and onboarding ISAs
- Experience using Sisu or other KPI tracking platforms
- Experience building and improving sales processes
