Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Designer located in Boston, MA with the possibility of hybrid work. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for drafting, creating construction drawings, and collaborating with team members on various projects. Day-to-day tasks will include translating design concepts into detailed drawings, assisting in urban planning efforts, and ensuring designs align with client needs and sustainability goals. Candidates will also engage in project coordination and play a key role in delivering high-quality results on time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Design, and Drawing
- Experience in creating Construction Drawings and details
- Familiarity with Urban Planning concepts and best practices
- Strong communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard tools
- Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles is a plus
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensure or progress towards licensure is preferred
