We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Lead Installer
- Proven ability to lead a residential installation crew from start to finish
- Experience training and mentoring apprentices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and professional appearance
- Pride in producing quality workmanship and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
