Commercial Superintendent
AMC is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead daily field operations and deliver commercial construction projects safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. Projects are primarily located in Palm Beach County.
The ideal candidate must have experience managing field operations for large, luxury commercial projects. We're looking for a proactive, collaborative leader with strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and resolve field challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
- Manage subcontractors, coordinate all trades, and direct field personnel to maintain schedules and productivity.
- Enforce job-site safety standards and company policies.
- Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and quality requirements.
- Lead job-site meetings, coordinate inspections, and work closely with the Project Manager to resolve field issues.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, punch lists, and field reports using construction management software.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of construction experience with a General Contractor, including direct field supervision of large, luxury commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Proficiency with construction management and documentation software.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
This is a field-based position requiring regular work on active construction sites.
