We’re hiring: Director of Product, Retail Intelligence
Anderson Merchandisers is building something new and we’re looking for a product leader who knows how to turn bold ideas into commercially ready products.
This role will lead the strategy, development, and launch of our Retail Intelligence product portfolio, helping transform store-level imagery, shelf conditions, display execution, and competitive activity into actionable data products for leading consumer goods brands.
This is a hands-on, zero-to-one opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands B2B data or analytics products, and can bridge the gap between customers, technology, operations, and commercial strategy.
The ideal candidate brings experience in areas such as:
- Product strategy and roadmap ownership
- Data, analytics, AI, machine learning, or computer vision products
- Retail intelligence, shelf intelligence, retail measurement, or consumer goods
- Pricing, packaging, product positioning, and customer commitments
- Launching products from proof of concept through commercialization
