Are you a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We’re looking for a Territory Retail Lead to the face of Anderson Merchandisers, build strong retailer relationships, and drive sales excellence across assigned stores.
In this role, you’ll combine leadership, merchandising, and customer engagement to deliver best-in-class execution for our retail clients. If you enjoy developing people, solving challenges on the fly, and seeing the results of your work every day, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships through daily communication with store associates and management
- Train and develop Sales Merchandisers, fellow Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates
- Drive sales by educating customers and store personnel on client brands and product features
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company, client, and retailer standards
- Complete assigned projects, stocking, and merchandising responsibilities
- Communicate wins, insights, and potential challenges to the Market Sales Manager
- Effectively use a handheld device to manage tasks, reporting, and store execution
- Maintain strict confidentiality related to company, client, and retailer information
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service or sales experience (required)
- Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable working with electronics and technical products
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
- Access to a computer, printer, internet, and email
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, twisting, squatting, and climbing
- Work may be performed while sitting, standing, or walking throughout the shift
