This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy independent work, flexible schedules, and seeing the immediate impact of their efforts in-store.
What You’ll Do
- Build positive relationships through daily communication with store associates and management
- Educate customers and store personnel on client brands and product features
- Execute assigned tasks, projects, resets, and displays accurately by following provided instructions
- Merchandise products to company standards to maintain strong visual presentation and account aesthetics
- Deliver consistent, high-quality execution that meets or exceeds client expectations
- Communicate daily activity, sales opportunities, and potential challenges to the Territory Sales Lead
- Use handheld technology consistently for reporting and task completion
- Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Independent, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and active automobile insurance
- Access to a computer, internet, printer, and email
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and fine hand manipulation
- Work may be performed while sitting, standing, or walking throughout the shift
