Entry Level Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Develop customized sales presentations and product packages for prospective clients, conducting in-person meetings and demonstrations to support the sales process.
- Use consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs, anticipate market trends, and uncover high-value opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through compelling presentations, strategic communication, and personalized engagement.
- Stay informed on new technologies, sales offerings, and industry updates to provide clients with current and relevant information.
- Recommend tailored telecommunication solutions that align with each client’s goals and operational needs.
- Showcase Frontier’s products and services through hands-on demonstrations that highlight their unique value and performance.
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Account Associates to refine sales strategies, enhance the client experience, and achieve measurable performance outcomes.
Entry Level Account Associate Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Associate, Customer Service, or similar role preferred.
- Prior experience as an Entry Level Account Associate is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
