Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant person to join our staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our tenants, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing losses, and responding to incidents. Our Security will work to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Unlocking / Locking Mall Entrances for Customers or Mall Tenants as Scheduled
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations when required.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential security risks.
Skills
- Proficient in conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations effectively.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies.
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols is advantageous.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
