**CNC Mazak Operator**
**Overview:**
Join our team as a CNC Operator and play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
**Responsibilities:**
- Set up and operate CNC (MAZAK,FANUC)machines , lathes, milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
-Collaborate with supervisor on project inspections and due dates
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of parts
- Perform quality control checks to maintain high standards of production
- Assemble components using hand tools or power tools
- Utilize logic controllers to input program codes for machining operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating forklifts for material handling
- Knowledge of mechanical processes and techniques
- Familiarity with CNC programming and setup.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
**Skills:**
- Forklift operation
- Lathe operation
- Assembly skills
- Knowledge of logic controllers
- Proficiency with milling machines
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments (dial calipers, tape measures, protractors, micrometers, etc)
- Mechanical knowledge
- Understanding of quality control processes
