65 years in the industry, seeking a full-time Project Accountant to join our growing team. With

products to our commercial customers.

is responsible for managing financial operations related to projects, preparing financial reports,
and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. If you work well independently, take pride in accuracy,

What you will be doing:
• Support Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects from start to
completion
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and related information for project workflow
• Maintain project documentation and track deliverables
• Provide administrative support by preparing reports and handling requests
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines and promptly alert managers of any delays
Requirements:
• College degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience working with construction
documents
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card (P.E.R.C.) in Illinois
