Primary Responsibilities:
· Assist Project Managers with planning, organizing, and executing projects
· Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
· Maintain project documentation and track key project milestones
· Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met
· Provide administrative support by preparing reports, handling requests, and organizing meetings Conduct research to provide insights for project improvements
· Ensure adherence to project deadlines and promptly alert managers of any delays
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 2 years of experience working with construction documents or in project coordination
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
· Ability to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card (P.E.R.C.) in Illinois
