What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Anderson Lock and Safe?
About Anderson Lock & Safe
Anderson Lock & Safe is not your typical locksmith company. Founded in 1966, we’ve built a reputation for exceptional service across the Phoenix valley - available 24/7 for residential, commercial, and vehicular needs. Our skilled technicians deliver comprehensive security solutions with the highest level of expertise and care.
But we’re more than a trusted local locksmith. We’re a fast-growing, $8.5M company scaling at 25% annually, with a bold vision: to become the largest locksmith and access control integrator in North America by 2030.
With deep roots in Phoenix, we’re now expanding into new markets, capturing opportunities in a fragmented industry, and driving innovation in the trades. Our growth engine is proven, our foundation is strong, and we’re entering an exciting new chapter.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join Anderson Lock & Safe at its inflection point - well-established and highly profitable, yet still early on our journey to becoming a national powerhouse.
