Maintenance Technician
Location: Marshville, NC 28103
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for our clients and staff. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a meaningful cause, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility operation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performing necessary repairs and completing work orders.
- Support equipment setup, start-up procedures, and on-site installation projects.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for processes and equipment.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of maintenance experience OR 2 years of relevant experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to demonstrate effective self-regulation strategies in a professional setting.
- Coachable and eager to learn new skills.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
