Property Investment and Development Company in City of Industry is seeking a skilled Construction Manager, and supervise to company’s various project under construction. The ideal professional candidate is preferred to have knowledge in commercial/residential building design, development, and construction. Able to get bids and travel to project location.

Qualifications:
GC license preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in architectural preferred
Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin
· Thorough understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and city permit/approval process
· Experience in managing multiple projects
· Ability to manage work load efficiently and effectively
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Is attuned to areas of structural, mechanical, electrical and site requirements
· Proficient in MS word and Ms Excel, with a working knowledge of current version of AutoCAD
Duties:
· PM with Onsite supervision of construction projects
· PM with contract administration, defining project scopes, personnel, subcontractors, 3rd party consultant and/or its employees.
· PM with project documentation, communication and reporting
· PM with cost estimating and meeting with vendors and manufacturing company
· Supervise subcontractors and vendors for quality control
· Proactively manage changes in project scopes, to identify potential onsite issues, and devise contingency plan if required
· PM to ensure project is built within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with drawing specification.
· Any and all task as assigned by company directors.
