We are a countertop fabrication and installation company based in Greenwood, SC, currently seeking a reliable and professional Sales Associate to support both sales and office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction and fabrication environment. The successful candidate will assist customers throughout the sales process, prepare estimates and job documentation, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Duties
- Inside sales and customer service support
- Preparing quotes and following up with clients
- Working within a construction/fabrication environment
- Checking material stock and coordinating schedules
- Communicating with suppliers and placing vendor orders
- Coordinating with fabrication and installation teams
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Performing general office and administrative duties
- Handling data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office software for daily tasks
- Supporting office management functions, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and record keeping
- Maintaining organized digital and physical files for easy information retrieval
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
- Strong math skills, including square footage calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with office operations and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with the construction, countertop, or remodeling industry preferred
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
