Job Description: NetSuite Administrator
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to manage the configuration, support, and optimization of our NetSuite platform. This pivotal role combines technical administration with process governance, overseeing the IT change control processes for all ERP systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our core business systems while implementing structured and auditable processes for system changes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the NetSuite ERP environment.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain compliance and data security.
- Oversee day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of NetSuite
- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, new functionalities, and SuiteApps
- Provide advanced internal support and troubleshooting for all NetSuite users, escalating issues to NetSuite support or development partners as necessary.
- Manage data integrity through data imports, cleansing, and duplicate record management.
- Develop and implement a company-wide IT change control policy and procedures.
- Receive, log, and categorize all change requests related to NetSuite and other integrated systems.
- Coordinate and communicate the change schedule, including maintenance windows and potential business impacts.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate change effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
- Proven experience managing an IT change control process.
- Proficiency in customizing NetSuite platform/modules
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Preferred Experience
- NetSuite Certifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) and/or SuiteFlow for workflow automation.
- Experience with NetSuite modules like Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Advanced Inventory, WMS, or Manufacturing.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
