Duties
- Oversee the scheduling, deployment, and logistics of mobile units to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Coordinate with team members, parts, and customers to provide exceptional service to each and every customer
- Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adapt plans to meet evolving customer and dealership needs
- Collect data to maintain accurate records, and prepare reports to evaluate program effectiveness
- Promote community engagement by communicating program benefits clearly and building strong relationships with participants
- Ensure all mobile activities adhere to organizational policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination or mobile outreach programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and logistics simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to engage diverse community groups effectively
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to mobile operations and scheduling
- Preferred: experience working in the automotive industry
