Precision CNC Milling Specialist (3-4 Axis VMC)

Picture your first hour: you arrive, review the blueprint packet for a new production run, load tooling on a 3–4 axis VMC, set work offsets, dry-run the program, verify critical dimensions, and release the job to full speed. By midday, you’ve tightened cycle times, captured new inspection data, and shared a setup tip that saves the team minutes per part. By day’s end, quality signs off on your components—and your craftsmanship moves our manufacturing forward.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to consistently produce high-quality components.
• Interpret technical drawings/blueprints to machine parts to exact specifications.
• Monitor operations, making real-time adjustments to hold tolerance.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished parts to confirm conformance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline processes and drive throughput.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school or certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist (or closely related role).
• Fluency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Solid understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and workholding.
• Comfort working independently and within a collaborative team.
• Keen attention to detail paired with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and best practices.
