What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly face guiding patients through their treatment journey, from consultation to completion.
- Explain treatment plans, costs, and financing options with clarity and compassion.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and insurance claims to ensure a seamless experience.
- Build lasting relationships with patients, boosting their confidence in our care.
- Collaborate with our dental team to streamline operations and enhance patient satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 plus years of dental office or customer service experience (dental assisting or front office a plus!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all backgrounds.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and treatment planning.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Dentrix software.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
