What you'll do
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components to spec
- Rig and move heavy materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
- Run quality inspections to make sure finished products meet standard
- Keep your work area clean and organized
What we're looking for
- Some hands-on experience as a welder/fabricator (or a strong willingness to learn — we will train the right person)
- Ability to read basic schematics and technical drawings
- Working knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Basic mechanical sense for troubleshooting and small repairs
- Sharp attention to detail and precision
- Solid problem-solver who works well solo or on a team
