Maintenance Worker

POSITION: Maintenance Worker
DEPARTMENT: Facilities
Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of manual and skilled-work related to the maintenance of buildings, fixtures, and equipment. Performs general grounds keeping functions, including mowing, trimming, weed control, irrigation, and the operation and maintenance of grounds equipment. Makes minor repairs to buildings and fixtures. Move furniture and appliances as requested to facilitate the relocation of departments. Assist Maintenance Personnel in remodeling and upgrading buildings and parks.
REQUIRED LICENSES or CERTIFICATION
- Current South Carolina State Driver’s License
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Up to 1 year experience
