Job Description:
SUMMARY:
Build repeatable processes and tools/dashboards to empower both revenue leaders and reps with critical operational data related to revenue strategy and execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze complex business problems through independent in-depth investigation and data forensics. Identify operational inefficiencies, data quality issues and behavioral trends.
- Collaborate within revenue operations team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting to support sales strategy.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science
- Must demonstrate analytical aptitude
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
COMPENSATION:

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
