What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Assistant position at Anderson Construction Co., Inc.?
We are seeking a project manager assistant to join our construction team! You will be responsible for assisting our senior project manager in the office on the day-to-day operations of our projects. This is an in person/ in office position.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in project estimating
- Reviewing and qualifying subcontractor proposals
- Drafting subcontracts and work orders
- Reviewing project submittals
- Issuing RFI’s
- Coordinating information between the project manager, project superintendents, architects and owners.
- Reviewing payment applications with our project administrator and bookkeeper
- Communicating with subcontractors and vendors regarding new and ongoing projects
- Assisting with close out documents and requirements
Qualifications:
- BlueBeam
- Procore
- Good writing and communication skills
- Good customer service
- Thorough understanding of all Microsoft software
- Construction experience and background will be helpful and necessary
- Internet savvy
- This position is for up to 35 hours per week
