Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor scheduling.
- Conduct property inspections and site visits.
- Communicate professionally with owners, tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Assist with leasing, tenant move-ins and move-outs, and property turnover.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software.
- Prioritize multiple projects while delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Active California Real Estate License (required).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Dependable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with California landlord-tenant laws is preferred but not required.
