Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear solutions to enhance their experience.
- Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems using Microsoft Office tools and computer skills.
- Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and order entries with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and positivity in all interactions, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual and bilingual customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus!
- Bilingual proficiency enhances your ability to serve a broader client base effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, outbound calling, and call center procedures is highly desirable.
