Job Purpose:
The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting Sales Advisors and their clients by ensuring efficient management of schedules, order transitions, and client interactions. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams, such as Client Success, Tax Accounting, and Bookkeeping to provide seamless service. The Sales Administrator is responsible for drafting and processing proposals, maintaining accurate client information in Salesforce CRM, and addressing client queries with professionalism. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with relevant software, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client and Advisor Support:
- Offer dedicated support to assigned Sales Advisors and their prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments for new and existing clients on Sales Advisors' calendars.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively with Client Success Coordinators, Tax Accounting, and Bookkeeping Teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Deliver world-class service to clients and fellow Anderson employees.
Process Management:
- Facilitate the transition of sales orders to fulfillment by coordinating with the assigned service team member.
- Draft, send, and process proposals for all Sales Advisor and Attorney sales.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to access and update client information as needed.

- Perform additional duties as required by changing needs, priorities, and Supervisor guidelines

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of client service experience.
- High computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce preferred.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail with strong phone etiquette, grammar, and spelling.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in sales administration is a plus.
