Marketing Manager, Client Marketing

Description

Job Purpose:

To develop and execute strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives that drive measurable revenue growth and client acquisition for Anderson’s Tax, Asset Protection, and Estate Planning services. This role leads the development and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, organic efforts, and funnel strategies, to generate qualified leads and convert prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement multi-channel growth strategies (paid advertising, social media, search, email, affiliates, events, etc.) to drive customer acquisition.
• Partner with content and creative teams to produce compelling offers, landing pages, and campaign assets tailored to specific client segments.
• Align marketing initiatives with the broader goals of service-line leaders and the organization.

Paid Media:

• Lead strategy, launch, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-performing video ads and short-form content.
• Continuously A/B test creative assets (headlines, scripts, thumbnails, offers) to optimize click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS.

Funnel Optimization:

• Analyze the full marketing funnel to identify friction points and implement A/B testing for improvement.
• Drive lead nurturing through webinars, live events, workshops, and interactive content that educates and converts.

Performance Management:

• Monitor and manage KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CAC, engagement metrics, and overall campaign ROI.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Proven success managing paid digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract insights and make strategic recommendations based on data.
• Experience working with service-based businesses, ideally in financial services, tax, legal, or consulting.
• Excellent project management and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or coursework in digital marketing or growth marketing strategies.

Performance Metrics:

• Lead Generation: Growth in qualified leads and client acquisition.
• Campaign Performance: Achievement of campaign KPIs and return on ad spend.
• Conversion Optimization: Improvements in funnel conversion rates and client engagement.
• Revenue Growth: Contribution to service-line revenue targets through effective marketing.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
