- on:Partner with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated benefits issues, manage renewals, and support Open Enrollment communication and executi
- on.Assist in the coordination of vendor data feeds and system audits to ensure accuracy between HRIS, payroll, and benefits platfor

Required Quali
- fications:Bachelor’s degree required; HR-related field
- preferred.3–5 years of recent HR Generalist e
- xperience.Minimum 3 years of experience managing employee relati
- ons cases.At least 2 years of experience administering FMLA, ADA, and other leave
- programs.Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-state environment; experience with remote or distributed teams
- preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and identi
- fy trends.Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and handles sensitive information with professionalism
- and care.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solvi
- ng skills.Demonstrated confidence and sound judgment in handling sensitive H
