Job Purpose:
The Talent Success Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a consistent, compliant, and employee-centered experience across all HR functions. This position supports the full employee lifecycle, including benefits administration, leave management (FMLA/ADA), employee relations, and HR compliance. The role requires sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to handle complex issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Relocation to Las Vegas, NV required. Relocation assistance is available and will be discussed as part of the offer process.
Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration:
- Partner with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated benefits issues, manage renewals, and support Open Enrollment communication and execution.
- Assist in the coordination of vendor data feeds and system audits to ensure accuracy between HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms.
- Provide employees with information and support regarding their benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain compliance with benefits-related regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.).
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Prepare benefits reports and assist with annual audits and renewals.
- Support annual filings and ensure accurate recordkeeping for benefits documentation.
Leave Management:
- Communicate leave decisions clearly to employees and managers, providing status updates throughout the leave lifecycle.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure the correct coding of leave and benefit deductions.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, and healthcare providers to ensure timely and compliant handling of leave requests and return-to-work processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. Take ownership of cases from start to resolution, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with company values.
- Document all ER actions in accordance with Talent Success documentation standards (Memo of Conversation, disciplinary templates, etc.).
- Support HR Manager in drafting and reviewing disciplinary actions, PIPs, and final written warnings, ensuring consistency with company policy and the escalation matrix.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and confidence when handling sensitive or high-impact situations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize strong data analytical skills to generate HR reports and insights.
- Assist with compensation modeling and other HR-related analyses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
HR Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR-related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of recent HR Generalist experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing employee relations cases.
- At least 2 years of experience administering FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-state environment; experience with remote or distributed teams preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and identify trends.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and handles sensitive information with professionalism and care.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Paycom HRIS system is a plus.
- Experience with payroll and Compensation modeling is a plus.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
