Job Purpose:
To provide leadership and oversight to the bookkeeping team, ensuring accurate and timely financial records for multiple clients. This role involves supervising bookkeepers, maintaining a small client list, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Review:
- Conduct in-depth reviews of bookkeepers' work on a quarterly basis.
- Oversee and review the work of multiple bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide support and leadership to the team, fostering growth and development of team members.
- Monitor KPIs of staff to ensure high performance and address any issues promptly.
- Client Communication:
- Speak with escalated clients to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain a small client list and provide high-quality bookkeeping services.
- Process Improvement:
- Learn new processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures within the team.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Perform all other duties that may be assigned by Company management from time to time.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Moderate knowledge of Excel.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting principles.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts at one time.
- CPA firm experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with managing AR accounts and DocuSign.
- Previous experience in a consulting firm or a related field.
