What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIGITAL SERVICES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE position at Anderson Brothers Bank?
- Conducts marketing and support of remote deposit capture and treasury services
- Maintains policies and procedures for the Business Services and Electronic Banking departments including Mobile Deposit, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, LockBox.
- Assists branch employees and customers in order to optimize the use of Business Services
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Proficient use of general office equipment including computer and software programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to accurately complete task within set timelines using strong organization, time management and problem-solving
- Ability to effectively communicate using interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Ability to assume responsibility and exercise good judgment in making decisions within the scope of the authority of the position.
