What are the responsibilities and job description for the BRANCH OPERATIONS COORDINATOR position at Anderson Brothers Bank?
- Manages work activities of branch tellers and CSR’s by overseeing, planning and scheduling duties.
- Exercises authority to make decisions and approvals necessary in daily branch operations.
- Manages difficult customer situations and responds promptly and appropriately.
- Confers with Retail Sales and Service Leader to resolve operational issues and extraordinary occurrences.
- Ensures that adequate supplies, forms, and essential office materials are available to branch staff.
- Administers teller processing remote overrides.
- Monitors the general ledger teller outage accounts and is notified of all cash outages.
- Initiates reconciliation of the branch’s cash items.
- Monitors adherence to cash limits with tellers and vault custodian.
- Oversees activities of tellers and CSR’s to ensure adherence to all bank policies including but not limited to BSA, dress codes, etc.
- Coordinates courier services as needed.
- Assists loan officers as needed.
Experience
Required- 2 - 5 years: Branch banking management experience
Education
Required- High School or better
