The Opportunity
Join Anderson Auto Group and lead the facilities strategy for 12 automotive and powersports dealerships across Arizona and Nevada. This leadership opportunity focuses on facilities operations, capital projects, contractor management, preventive maintenance, technology, and developing a high-performing facilities team.
What You'll Lead
· Multi-site facilities operations
· Preventive maintenance programs
· Dealership remodels & OEM image projects
· Capital improvement planning
· Contractor & vendor management
· Department budgeting & bidding
· Facilities team leadership
· Technology-driven work order management
Who We're Looking For
A collaborative leader with experience in facilities management, commercial construction, property management, or project management who enjoys improving systems, leading people, and delivering quality results.
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
· Background check and pre-employment drug screening
· Five or more years of related leadership experience preferred
