- Product offerings/knowledge for vehicles and finance products and be able to present comparisons against our competition
- Maintain current training on safety for role.
- Maintain certification and training for necessary programs.
- Generates additional income through the sales Rate, VSC, GAP, Simionz, protection packages, and Maintenance plans
- Maintains control of all paperwork and breaking down the deal in preparation for title clerk
- Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information
- Complete paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and lease in a timely and effective manner
- Process all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction
- Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting
- Oversees that customers have a complete explanation and understanding of the manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
- Ensures that customers get shown 100% of available products 100% of the time
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Clean and valid driver's license

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
