Position: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial design-build projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality.
· Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
· Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
· Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project life cycle.
· Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
· Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and pay applications.
· Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and document meeting minutes.
· Monitor project costs, schedule, safety, and quality.
· Oversee closeout, punch lists, and warranty.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations.
· 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor required.
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
· Design-Build project experience preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, building codes, and contract documents, with a thorough understanding of all phases of commercial construction.
· Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar platforms).
· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
