- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembly to support culinary staff.
- Support banquet and catering events by providing timely dishwashing and setup assistance.
- Uphold strict food handling and safety standards to ensure hygiene compliance across all kitchen areas.
